Susan Miller (nee Peet), of Bloomfield, N.J. passed away at Emeritus of Paramus on January 26, 2015. She was 80. Born in Albany, N.Y., Susan grew up in Glens Falls, N.Y. where she was valedictorian of Glens Falls High School Class of 1952. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Wellesley College in 1956. After living and working in New York City for a number of years, she married Richard N. Miller in 1977 and settled in Bloomfield, N.J. Susan was active at Watchung Presbyterian Church and the Woman’s Club of Upper Montclair. Susan and Dick loved to travel and looked forward to summers with friends at the Montclair Beach Club. Susan was predeceased by her husband, Dick Miller (2014). She is survived by three children, Nancy and her husband Richard M. Foster, D.P.M., Brian Miller and his wife Camille and Kevin Miller and his wife Mary as well as nine grandchildren: Kelly, Megan, Coleman, Ryan, Kevin, Lauren, Nicole, Casey and Julia. The family would like to thank the staff at Life Source Hospice and Emeritus of Paramus for their exceptional care.
