Betty (nee Giordano) Walsh of Bloomfield passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the age of 78. She was born in Bloomfield and was a lifetime resident. Betty enjoyed nurturing her plants, was an excellent cook, and spending time with her family. Betty is the beloved wife of Allen F. Walsh; beloved mother of Debra Walsh, Stephen Walsh & his wife Roberta, Michael Walsh, Allen Walsh & his late wife Pamela, and Patrick Walsh & his wife Loretta; dear sister of Dolores Sabato and the late Gloria Zeremba; cherished grandmother of Stephen Walsh & his Fiance Zehra Kasan, Kelly, Samantha, Ryan, Megan, Alexandra and Julia Walsh and great-granddaughter Emily Walsh. Visitation will be at Frank Halpin's Brookdale Funeral Home, 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield on Sunday from 4 - 8 pm.
