Obituary of Rita Annette Meola

Rita Annette Meola, of Toms River, entered into eternal life on Sunday, June 4th, 2017.  She was 90.

Rita enjoyed playing bingo and her trips to Atlantic City, but above all she loved being with her family.

Rita leaves behind her husband of 68 years, Dominick Meola; their two daughters Rosanna Balsamo and Donna Kozak.  Rita leaves behind three grandchildren; Jena Rose Siegrist and her husband Kevin, Domenica Oliveira and her husband Marcelo, and Anthony Kozak and his wife Nicole; four great-grandchildren Colin, Dominic, Marc, and Antonia, a sister Mildred Greco, and many nieces and nephews.
Rita was predeceased by her parents Anthony and Carmela Trezza, and four brothers and 3 sisters.

Family and friends may visit Halpin-Bitecola Brookdale Funeral Home, 1284 Broad St. in Bloomfield, at 9am on Tuesday June 6th, 2017.  A funeral mass will be held at St. Stephen’s Roman Catholic Church, 141 Washington Ave in Kearny.
