Maria LoCicero, of Bloomfield, passed away peacefully at her home on December 17, 2016. She was 103 years old. Maria was a member of St Thomas the Apostle Church and a devout catholic. She loved cooking, gardening, and sewing. Maria was predeceased by her husband of 40+ years, Salvatore in 1991, and by three brothers and a sister. She leaves behind a sister who resides in Italy. Maria also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, and caring friends. Friends and family may visit Halpin-Bitecola Brookdale Funeral Home, on Tuesday, December 20th, from 4 to 8 pm. A funeral mass will be held at St Thomas the Apostle Church, on Wednesday, December 21st at 10 am, with entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
